Do Me A Favor ships within the United States via Federal Express Ground, Express 2-day and Express Standard Overnight, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout. Overnight shipments require signatures at time of delivery. Please be advised that Federal Express will not deliver to PO Boxes. Please be sure to provide your physical address for all FedEx shipments. At this time, we are unable to service international orders.
Please note that although most of our products ship out within a few days, some products may take longer to ship since they are handmade, personalized, or require additional time for processing. For this reason we include an "Availability" estimate listed on every individual product web page.
In many circumstances orders will ship sooner than the approximated time referenced. We take great pride in our work and want to deliver your items with the highest quality possible. We are equally excited to deliver your items to you as you are to receive them and greatly appreciate your patience and your business.
Returns/Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@domeafavorstore.com to arrange for a return authorization within 30 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be approved by our customer-care department. Any items returned to us without call tags arrangements will not be accepted.
How long before I receive my refund?
All refunds are processed upon inspection of items. Once your returned items have been processed, a credit should post to your credit card (minus any shipping fees you incurred on your original order) within three-to-five business days.
Can I return personalized items?
Due to the nature of these items (i.e. they cannot be resold,) personalized favors and gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Do you charge restocking fees?
If you wait longer than 30 days to notify us regarding the return of your items, your order may be subject to restocking fees. Please speak with one of our customer-care representatives for further clarification.
What if some items in my order are damaged?
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there's any damage, please email us immediately at info@domeafavorstore.com and no later than 7 days after the package was delivered. A customer-care specialist will help you file a claim with the shipper.
How do I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, simply re-package your purchase in its new condition and original packaging with your packing slip enclosed. Please note on the packing slip what you would like to exchange your merchandise for. You will be credited or charged for any differences in sales price. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. We will ship your new order after receipt of the returned merchandise within the specified turn-around time on each individual product page. Understandably, all of our personalized items are custom made to order especially for you, and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after it is received by Do Me A Favor. Many times we ship orders so quickly (within a day) that it is not possible to cancel your order. In such a case, you will have to return your order to us following our return policy and procedure. It is in our customer's best interest that we ship our items as fast as we do.
All claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Requests for exchanges must be reported within 3 days after delivery and must be authorized by personnel before returning. Please email info@domeafavorstore.com for questions regarding returns or to receive call tags. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Please be advised that shipping charges, special orders, food items, personalized items, and perishable products (mints, teabags, almonds, etc.) are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not sent back within 1 week of authorization. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be given after 30 days of receipt of goods.
