We are happy to provide you with a sample order of our products, especially before committing to a large quantity. Because our items are personalized just for you, there is a minimum sample order requirement which is specified on each product page. Rush Orders
We understand the pressures and time constraints of planning a special event, and the unexpected last minute preparations. For this reason, rush orders may be an option for you. Rush orders are subject to an additional fee of $25, and will ship within 2-3 days after your payment is processed. If your item is defective or damaged, please call or email us info@domeafavorstore.com, to arrange for a no-hassle return authorization. Personalized items are hand-crafted especially for you, and understandably can not be returned for a refund. Please refer to our Policy Page for more details.

All orders paid by Certified Check or Money Order will be shipped in accordance with the specified product lead time after receipt of payment. Do Me A Favor LLC is not responsible for any delays in transit time associated with the courier service you select to mail your payment. Please be sure to select a reliable courier service that provides you with a tracking system and delivery confirmation to ensure prompt, traceable delivery of your payment especially for time sensitive purchases. If payment is not received within 10 days of placing your order, your order will be cancelled.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed on those who reside in the state of Louisiana (9%). All other states, countries are tax-exempt.

Shipping
Do Me A Favor ships within the United States via Federal Express Ground, Express 2-day and Express Standard Overnight, unless otherwise specified. Do Me A Favor LLC is not responsible for any possible delays associated with courier services. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout. Please be advised that Federal Express will not deliver to PO Boxes. We ask that you provide your physical address for all FedEx shipments to avoid delays in delivery of your order. At this time, we are unable to service international orders.
